Hi there, and welcome to Villey!
I’m Lucy Quinlan, founder of the Villey app. I’m also a mum of two, living on the beautiful NSW Central Coast.
Motherhood is one of life’s most rewarding chapters, but it can also be overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting - especially if you don’t have your “village” close by. That’s something so many of us can relate to in today’s world.
Villey was born out of my first business, Mothers Help. For years, my team and I supported local families, but even with nine staff members, we simply couldn’t keep up with the demand. That’s when it hit me: this kind of support needs to be accessible to more families, and people deserve to know just how valuable this work is.
And so, Villey came to life.
With the Villey app, there are no limits. Helpers can sign up, complete a simple security onboarding and ID verification, and instantly connect with families nearby. Parents can search for helpers in their area and filter by what matters most - experience, security checks, or peer reviews. It’s a win-win community: families get the support they need, and helpers get flexible work that makes a real difference.

Villey is here to shine a light on parenthood - to make sure Australian families feel supported, seen, and cared for during the moments that can feel too heavy to carry alone.
