A Villey Helper is someone looking to earn money, doing practical, meaningful and community-minded work - specifically by helping busy families juggle their lives at home.

What Villey helpers do
Domestic support: includes light cleaning and housekeeping tasks such as laundry, linen changes, surface wipe downs, vacuum. Home organisation, and decluttering.

Support with the kids: Whether it be a new mum looking for someone kind to help her in the early days, or a working mum needing help juggling the kids activities - Villey helpers are ready to step in.

Companionship: As we are fully aware, early days of parenthood can be isolating and overwhelming. Villey helpers offer compassion in their work.

What Villey helpers do not do
Deep Cleaning: We are not a place to find a cleaning company. Villey helpers are not equipped with the skills or expertise for deep cleaning.

Dangerous or strenuous works: Villey helpers are not obliged to agree to any works at heights, heavy lifting, use of dangerous chemicals or work with pets or animals.

Nanny Agency: We do not place nannies in long term arrangements with families. ​​
Note: All helpers are independent workers and will offer their own version of services at their own rates.

Who can become a Villey Helper?
Anyone who’s ready to show up for families. Students, parents, stay-at-home mums, retirees, neighbours with big hearts - anyone with time to earn!
You don’t need any specific qualifications.
ID Verification steps must be completed by all helpers + optional security documents can be uploaded to boost your profile and build trust with clients.
You just need to have time, be reliable, caring, and willing to lend a hand.
