Chat and Connect with Clients
Communication is key. Here you’ll discover how to connect with clients through Villey’s in-app chat, along with helpful do’s and don’ts to keep conversations clear, safe, and professional.
Chat with Client Before Applying
You can initiate a chat with the client before applying to a job if you want to ask more information and getting more details about the job posted.

Go to Find a Job menu, and select a job you’re interested in

Click/tap the Ask a Question button

System will show a chat thread between you and the client, where you can start discussion

If you want to follow-up the discussion by applying to fill the helper position for this job, click Apply to Job button located in the chat window.
Please note that sharing address and contact details aren’t allowed before booking to help keep a safe and secure environment for all.
Chat with Client After Booking

You can initiate a chat:

If you have chatted with the client previously, go to Chats menu

If not, go to Bookings, and click the session(s) scheduled with the client

On the session detail screen, find the Chat icon on the top right area of your screen

System will bring you to the chat thread between you and the client, where you can have your discussion
-
Quick actions such as Skip a Session and Adjust session are easily accessible through the chat window

Go to Chats menu

Click on Villey Support at the top area of your screen

System will open a chat thread between you and our support team, who’s more than happy to help you.
