Session and Bookings

Once you’re booked, this section helps you manage your schedule with ease. From viewing upcoming sessions to making changes or tracking completed work, you’ll find everything you need to keep your appointments running smoothly.

View Schedule

  1. Go to Bookings

  2. Your scheduled sessions (or appointments) will be showed in the calendar

  3. You can switch between Monthly or Weekly view for your convenience

  4. Click on each date on the calendar to see scheduled bookings for that particular date

  5. On each session listed, you can:

    • See the session detail by clicking on the card

    • Do quick action by clicking the (…) icon on each card to either Skip or Edit the session.

Completing a Session

Once you’re done your work on the client’s place, you can clock out/fill your time sheet at any time that is comfortable with you.

  1. You can find the session either via:

    1. Click the Bookings menu and pick the date you want to see

    2. Go to My Jobs and choose Unpaid filter

  2. On the session detail, click/tap the Request Payment button

  3. Review and, if needed, make changes on the session details shown:

    1. If you have different Start Time and End Time, fill out the actual time

    2. If your actual duration (calculated automatically after inputting the start and end time) is longer than agreed previously, you have the option to request payment for extra time. This will be forwarded to the client for their approval before the extra payment is processed.

    3. You can add Notes for your session to take note of anything, that will be shared also with client. You can view the notes later on your session history.

  4. Click/tap the Request Payment button to process. You should receive your payment after 2-3 working days, depending on your bank.

Skip a Session

If you’re temporarily unavailable to complete a session, such as away from the city, feeling unwell, etc, you can skip a session. Your client will be notified of your absence, and will not be charged.

  1. Go to Bookings

  2. Find option to Skip Sessions either by:

    1. Clicking the (...) icon on each session on the calendar

    2. Find the edit button on the top right corner of your screen on session detail

  3. Make sure the session you’re going to skip are correct.

  4. If you want to skip more than 1 session, open the skip session dialog from Session Detail and choose Skip More

  5. Tick the sessions you want to skip

  6. Fill out the reason of skipping (optional)

  7. Click Terminate to cancel your selected session(s)

See Session History

  1. Go to My Jobs menu, apps will show all of your sessions

  2. Fine tune what you’re looking for using the available filters:

    • Upcoming: Upcoming sessions, scheduled in the future

    • Completed: Sessions that have been completed, with payment already made to you

    • Unpaid: Sessions that is finished (you’ve done your work on client’s house), but haven’t been paid. You need to fill your time sheet and request payment for this sessions.

    • Skipped: Sessions that didn’t go through

Download Session History

  1. Go to My Jobs menu

  2. Click on the download icon on the top right corner

  3. Pick Start Date and End Date of your report

  4. Click Export as PDF, the session history will be downloaded to your phone in PDF format.
    Note: You can use this report as a base for financial year reporting
